1. General

By using this website and placing an order with RA STORE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Orders

When you place an order, we will confirm it by email and by the Order Confirmed page shown on our site. An order is accepted once we confirm it — until then we may decline it if an item is out of stock or mispriced.

You are responsible for making sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct. Orders with incorrect contact details may be delayed or cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). Product prices may change from time to time, but the price shown on your order confirmation is the price you pay.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives, as the courier may not carry change.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days business days depending on your location, as shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Delivery time is an estimate and can be affected by holidays, remote areas, or courier delays. We will send you an email whenever your order status changes so you know where it is.

Once an order is confirmed, the delivery charge is final. Orders over the free-delivery threshold (when active) ship free automatically.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, incorrectly sized, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To keep the return process smooth, keep the item unworn, unwashed, and in its original packing. Return shipping on genuine faults is on us.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, the order follows our returns policy.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot verify the delivery details or if an item is no longer available. Any amount already paid in such a case would be refunded.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and prices accurately. Because screen settings vary, actual colours may differ slightly from what you see on your device.

Measurements and size guides are provided as a reference. We recommend following the size guide carefully before ordering.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RA STORE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a delayed or unsuccessful delivery.

Our store fronts are limited to the products and services described on this site. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
